Don McGahn – Former White House Counsel

Don McGahn joined the Trump administration as White House Counsel in January of 2017 and left his post in October of 2018. McGahn had previously been General Counsel for the Trump transition team after serving as campaign counsel for Trump during the 2016 election. McGahn was included on a list of expected attendees at a meeting where administration officials voted to proceed with separating immigrant families.
